🚩 Half Marathon & Fun Run – 1st February, 2025
📍 City Convention Centre, Imphal
The Half Marathon (21 km) and Fun Run (5 km), organised by the Transport Department, Govt. of Manipur and co-sponsored by the State Bank of India, marked the concluding day of National Road Safety Month, 2025.
With the theme “Sadak Suraksha Jeevan Raksha”, the event highlighted the importance of safe driving practices and collective responsibility to reduce road accidents in the State. Participants came together to spread awareness against over-speeding, wrong-side driving, drunken driving, mobile use while driving, red-light jumping, overloading, and other unsafe road behaviours.
