Manipur Startup Conclave 2021 was held at City Convention Centre, Imphal on 25th october 2021. On this historical day, Chief Minister Shri N. Biren Singh rolled out an ambitious program ‘Start-Up Policy’. The main objective of the Manipur Start–Up scheme is to unleash the potential, talents and entrepreneurship skills of the State.
